We are often engraving the backs of our name puzzles with First birthday, Christmas or special occasional wishes from Mum & Dad, Grandparents, Aunt & Uncles or God Parents. Our Personalised Wooden Name Puzzles are made using 100% Australian grown and milled high grade plywood to ensure the highest standards and quality. We refuse to use MDF and our puzzles are stained using water based dyes; not painted - for a beautiful unique finish that is safe for your loved one.
Each puzzle is individually laser cut for precise detail, and clamped together using FDA approved, food grade water based glue - so strong, it's used in end grain wooden chopping boards.
We router and hand sand each wooden 5 Letter Name Puzzle to remove any splinters and sharp edges, to create a beautifully hand crafted smooth raw timber finish. We then clear coat with a velvet smooth Australian owned and supplied gloss vanish.
Safety Standards
All our raw materials are Non Toxic and of the highest standards. To ensure we meet Australian, New Zealand and International safety standards (AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2002), we source the strongest, safest wood supplies and toy manufacturing materials available.
Shipping
We ship our products worldwide using tracking as standard. We regularly have our puzzles completed and shipped out the next week, however during busy seasons, we ask to allow a few weeks. If you do have an urgent order, please make a note of that in the comments section when going through checkout.
