I have ordered several of these personalized name puzzles and I have been very happy with them all. My first was for my granddaughter who is 9 years old now and it’s still in great condition, considering she plays with it all the time. I recently purchased one for my nephew and I made a mistake in my delivery date, I needed it much earlier. I contacted Clare and she went above and beyond with her customer service. Replacement Letters

I was so happy to find Platypus Puzzles offered replacement letters after our dog chewed on one of the letters from.the puzzle my daughter was gifted. The cost was a lovely surprise and I thought very reasonable. Communication with the team was excellent and the replacement letter arrived fairly quickly.
